I have been a customer with Sprint for about 8 years, I upgraded my phone when contract was up to the Palm Pre and was very unhappy with the way it operated and would go off line randomly and would not work and being in business i needed reliable communication. I went back and after 3 weeks of being bounced around I called the account Manager for my job who helped by getting me a replacement Pre (Used) to swap. I started having issues with it as well not being reliable so I went to VERIZON and bought a Blackberry with them as they have been known to not give trouble, 11/9/2009 I went to Sprint at 1701 Mallory Lane Suite 150 in Brentwood, TN to ask for help taking my YEARS of phone numbers and Pictures off this Pre to put on my Blackberry, The Smart A** Black Girl simply erased all my memory and smiled and said, OH Thats what you said you wanted. I said NO I ask how I could take all this information over to my new phone. She then just smiled and said I removed battery that may have stopped it. It DID NOT, I LOST everything. I am fileing a complaint with BBB as it seems you can not get to anyone above a Minimum Wage person at Sprint.

I feel compelled to review this store based on the negative reviews from over a year ago. I visited this store on 1/14/12 in preparation for switching from TMo. Because of the feedback, I was bracing for a bad experience, gritting my teeth, and prepared to be a jerk if I had to be in order to get what I needed. What I found was the complete opposite of what has been described here. The employees--Hank, in particular--were very friendly and knowledgeable. We returned on 1/18/12 to make the actual switch, and Hank patiently worked for two hours getting 6 new lines started up and transferred over from TMo, as well as transferring everyones contacts and data. He explained that an overhaul of the stores personnel took place recently, and that things have drastically improved. I dont write glowing reviews like this very often, but I feel that its warranted in this case. I definitely received the customer service that I would expect when plunking down $1000 for phones and committing to $2500 per year of business. If you havent been into the store in a while, maybe its worth another try.

Useless. Worst customer service experience of my life. I have never been a customer of a company that doesnt try everything they can to make things right. These guys pretty much told me, you are SOL and good luck with that, have a great day. Never dealing with sprint again, oh and make sure you ask a store if they are a third party retailer, or you may be screwed like me if you travel and need to return something. Corporate store wont process the return for you, or even make an effort to help get it sorted. Even though I am a sprint customer. So I am stuck with this hotspot and crap service, my 14 day return window is going away. So I am stuck having to pay for this thing every month until I can go all the way back to FL to return it. Then ill have to pay a cancellation fee on top of paying $200 for the hotspot. What a load of bull.

Time hasnt changed the quality of service. Overall pleasant people to talk to but worthless when it comes to answers. After all my contacts randomly mysteriously disappearing while my phone was in my pocket and continuous spam messages and alerts I came here where their answer was, "sorry bro, your just out of luck." Any middle school student could do the general updates, transfer of files to a new phone, and sell a phone to a customer, but as far as useful information they are at a loss. Came home downloaded an backup app, ran a restore, and now all my contacts are back and the spamming is gone. If you have a problem with your phone, I wouldnt wast your gas. Ask your child, tech friend, or the guy running the local kiosk....youre better off

Everyone that works in the store are rude liars. I recently went in the Brentwood Sprint store to return a phone that I had purchased and was not happy with. The phone I wanted was not in stock. They were supposed to call me when they received a shipment and never did. They received shipments and sold them right away. Of course, I called and went in there everyday. My 30 day return policy was almost up and I was told there was nothing they could do. They argued, raised their voices, and were unwilling to help me in any way. It wasnt my problem they didnt have the phone I wanted in stock and I was about to be stuck with a phone I hated. I have been a Sprint customer for 10 years and have never been treated so poorly.

This store is awful! Your best bet is to find the Sprint stores around Nashville run by Absolute Wireless. They still offer full Service like a corporate store but are much more helpful. This particular store doesnt know the policies set by Sprint. Depending on the worker in the store at the time, they will just make up something innacurate that you will then have to call in and speak to the retention department so they can inform the store of actual Sprint Polices. I cant remember who I talked to but I think it was Amy, Anne, or Anna. It was a supposed manager who name started with an A. Awful experience and will be dropping this subpar service now that my contract is expired.

One of the most inconsistent companies Ive ever had to deal with. The customer service in this store is subpar. Took my phone to get repaired and they made it way worst then it was before!! In addition to that they refuse to answer my questions when called to see if replacement was ready and was hung up on 3 times in addition to holding twice for 20 mins each time. I live 35 minutes from this store and have to make a special trip to get there and their customer service is horrible! Seriously considering changing carriers when contract is over but I cant judge the entire company for a few poor experiences.

I am honestly surprised by the negative reviews of this store. The customer service Ive recieved at this store is absolutely fantastic. They are friendly and very knowledgeable and always do their best to make sure you get taken care of. They have never let me down. I drive 45 min to come to this store to get help with my phone instead of going to the store near my house to the simple reason that they are absolutely fantastic. I cannot say enough great things about the staff and management for this store.

I love this store. If you go, see Aaron Bennit, he is very nice. I had a smashed screen on my evo and he offered to replace it for $50 cash instead of me having to pay the $100 insurance. I sent a buddy down there as well and he also did it for the same price for him. Although I was a little discouraged when my friend sent one of his pretty lady friends there for the same thing and he did hers for free. Its okay though, I still saved money!
