Bald manager was rude. I am usually a big fan of Big Lots and have spent a lot of time and money at this particular store. Upper management needs to have this guy back stocking shelves. He implied my wife and I were lying when we were attempting to return a defective product. He was condescending, rude and has a pompous attitude. To top it off he kept telling us about the "20% off Sale this weekend", as if we are idiots for buying anything before the sale. Ill find another big Lots before Ill ever go back to that one as long as he is working there.
