THIS IS THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. Robert HELPED MY HUSBAND AND I ON 7/25/17.FIRST I CALLED TO VERIFY THE PART AND HOW MUCH IT WAS. ROBERT THEN TOLD ME WE DONT HAVE IN STOCK BUT CAN HAVE ORDERED AND HERE IN 1 DAY. THEN LEFT MY HOUSE WHICH IS ABOUT 10 MINS AWAY AND WENT TO STORE. WALKED IN AND SAID I JUST SPOKE WITH SOMEONE ABOUT A WHEEL BEARING FOR A 2009 CAMRY. ROBERT SAYS ON YEA. PULL IT UP IN THE COMPUTER AND WENT IN THE BACK AGAIN TO SEE IF PART WAS IN BECAUSE HE WAS TO HIGH TO REMEMBER THAT HAD JUST CHECKED FOR THIS PART 10 MINS AGO. HE CAME BACK AND SAID WE DONT HAVE IN. I THEN SAID YEA I KNOW YOU JUST TOLD ME THAT ON THE PHONE. THEN HE SUPPOSEDLY ORDERED THE WHEEL BEARING ASSEMBLY FOR FRONT LEFT WAS SUPPOSE TO BE ORDERED. WELL WE PAID FOR IT AND SOME OTHER THINGS GOT OUR RECIEPT AND LEFT. WELL 2 DAYS LATER THE PART WAS SUPPOSE TO BE IN. MY HUSBAND CALLED TO VERIFY THE PART WAS IN AND THEY SAID FEDEX NOR UPS HAVE CAME YET SO CHECK BACK ABOUT 3PM. SO ABOUT 2PM MY HUSBAND GOES TO THE STORE AND THEN WAS TOLD PART WAS NEVER ORDERED. AND THE LOOK OF THE RECIEPT AS IF YOU PURCHASED THE PART THAT DAY AND TOOK HOME. I CALLED COOPERATE SPOKE WITH RACHEL WHO REALLY TRIED TO HELP AND ALSO INFORMED ME THEY DONT EVEN SELL THIS PART FOR THE FRONT LEFT. THEN I CALLED TREVOR AND EMPLOYEE AT THE STORE TO GET A REFUND AND HE SAYS HE CANT REFUND HE NOTHING UNTIL MANAGER COMES BACK THE NEXT DAY. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ALL NEED TO BE DRUG TESTED BECAUSE ROBERT WAS TO HIGH TO FUNCTION PROPERLY. IT TOOK ABOUT 30 MINS FOR HIM TO VERIFY AND CASH US OUT. SAD

Earlier today I called this store asking about a battery I saw online for my girlfriends car. After not starting this morning she needed a new one pronto so I began to look online for the fairest priced battery. The battery in question is an AutoCraft Automotive Economy Battery, Group Size 26R, 450 CCA. Priced at $69.99 online and in stock according to the website. I called to ask them if they could put it aside for her until she got off work and could go get it. Upon arrival there she was told by employees there that they had in fact received my call but didnt have that particular battery and the next best was was over $100. She was then forced to have someone else come jump her off and go to a different store. Frustrated I called the store where I waited just to even have someone answer the phone only to be put on hold. After waiting several minutes I hung up and called the customer service number which has had me on hold long enough to go online and write this entire rant. Ive been an Advanced Auto Parts customer long before I could even drive and this incident is nothing short of unacceptable.

This place is a joke. Their customer service is abhorrent. The one in particular, a young man D**** B. has no manners and was extremely rude. He kept saying hed have to order it and started pounding the keys on the keyboard harder and harder b/c he couldnt find the part I needed b/c it is universal and he couldnt find it by year make and model. I found what I needed, which was actually in stock, on their website in under a min at home, not sure what his problem is or why he felt the need to be so rude.

If i could give give you no stars I would. Who in there right mind tells a customer, you come in here a lot you must be coming here to see me. With his wife right outside! And then to top off my cake your employees have no clue about cars, you cant tell me what kind of motor I have in my car just cause your computer says thats what it is! Bad business. Need more mature employees and more educated ones!

just called your store and I see why I shop at auto zone nappa and car quest Oscar is a very rude person and should call for help with his customers instead of telling me thta he had to go and that I would have to come in the store and if he was the only one there and I know thats not so you should have more people on duty

Good selection and friendly staff always willing to help. Ive come here for years and except for one or two instances, the parts unneeded have always been in stock. Prices are decent, but online values are usually better. Ive ordered online while standing in the store and done an in store pick up several times.
