If I could give 0 out of 5 stars, I would. The customer service at this store is non existent. My dad ordered a TV and mount wanting to get it installed and at this very moment, Ive been back and forth switched from 800 number to 888 number to local store for almost an hour and no one can seem to help. I told my dad this is his last purchase.

store hours are different from the website. THey open at 11. Also they have really bad customer service. One employee didnt even know what the sears outlet was and that they had an item on it. Called back later since no one ever called me back as they said they would, and got put on hold for almost 14 min. Id rather buy somewhere else

This place is a rip off. They had an item for 20% more than another store that is only a 5 minute walk away. They refused to price match even though neither store had this item on sale. I wouldnt have a problem under normal circumstances, however, the website says they will price match. Save your money and shop elsewhere.

Have always received helpful and professional service . Staff was well versed and accommodating, . Really hate shopping at places like Target and Walmart were it is like puling teeth trying to find someone who knows anything about the products they carry.
