I found a few things I liked when I went w/ my mother. We bought a desk, two books, two buckets, two cases, magnets, and some artwork (which is way overpriced). Anyway we asked if there was some discount for bundling because we had so many things and we have donated there many times. They said maybe and who Im assuming was the head of the store had to agree. My mom was told that hed meet her in a the warehouse and I stayed at the register. The manager or whatever came out and said "I dont see her, Im not gonna go looking for her." When she was in the room she was told to go in. He then spoke rudely to us which was unnecessary. We bought the items anyway and went to put the desk in our car with help from staff. As soon as the staff picked it up they dropped it and broke two legs off the desk. First of alle they didnt even apologize but they started to blame the desk as if it had done something wrong. Not a good experience.

Good stuff. Whenever Ive got a home project to do, I always start here. Why spend 3x as much when a simple paint job or dent repair will fix it right up? And the selection? Oh, they got that covered. That said, I never have been able to get used to the layout at Habitat. Like items seem to be randomly scattered in different places sometimes. Probably just the nature of the business; hard to have everything organized with donor dropoffs happening all the time. Bottom line: It can be a hunt, but its one thats worth going on!

Some of the nicest stuff of all the HabforHum stores. Good prices on used building materials but WAY overpriced on furnishings. A good bit more expensive than the H4H on Meeting street.

The workers can be really rude, especially close to closing. They will kick you out. I have seen some good items there.
