Cinna Monster

This is about their second location on W Palmetto Street. We had to wait several minutes at the check out before an associate even spoke to us. She told us that we would have to keep waiting because she couldnt ring us up. Finally the cashier came to the register. According to our receipt her name is "Beverly T." She was extremely rude as she picked through our items and also wanted to argue about the price of one item. When we asked for our receipt she spat at us "We run two homeless shelters!" and then ripped the receipt from the printer. Very unpleasant customer service. Do not believe I would give my business to this location again.

I purchased a dryer from them and specifically asked does this work, they replied "yeah oh yeah its great etc".Only to get it home and find out it was a piece of junk and wouldnt even turn on. I called the manager and she said I could get a in store credit but no refund. I will never shop there again $125.00 down the drain.
