Prices continue to go up while quality of merchandise continues to go down. Something I may have bought, on a whim, at their old pricing for $1 is now $5, so I wont even bother. The biggest problem is anything of value goes directly to their auction site so they can get top dollar for it. This goes for all SWPA Goodwill stores. I used to spend hundreds of dollars a week between all of the stores in the region, now I rarely buy anything and Ive cut my visits down from daily to once, maybe twice, a week. Speaking with other regulars, Im not the only one who sees this. They are driving away their regular loyal customers in order for corporate to make higher profits.

Its a Goodwill... Not overly impressed. I did hear disgruntled employees in the back, on the floor, and at the register. No one seemed concerned about keeping it under wraps.

It gets harder and harder to justify shopping here. The prices keep climbing and despite them clearly getting plenty of new items the selection gets worse and worse.
