The first time I went to Hero Tattoo was 5 years ago in which I had a tattoo done on my foot. Mac was fantastic about helping me design my tattoo. My tattoo five years later still looks fantastic. The other day I went to Hero again this time in Myrtle Beach. I had a plan to do a portrait ,but at the last minute I changed my mind. Jeff (the owner) gave me a lot of ideas and was extremely understanding of my wants and needs. He came up with an idea and 4 days later I love my tattoo even more than the day he put it on my skin. These guys are top notch professionals. They really want you to have a great experience while giving you good ideas and lasting tattoos. I would recommend them to anyone ! Thank you and cant wait for my next one :)

The artists are all amazing and are glad to help you design your perfect work of art, whether large or small. The shop is kept squeaky clean and theyre always busy cleaning or prepping for the next session. Everyone is friendly and easy going, as well. There is a lot of art on the walls and portfolios to look through so you can get a feel for each artists style. Ive gotten a few of my tattoos here. I am consistently impressed with Heaths professionalism and creativity. He pays a lot of attention to detail, will take care of you from beginning to end, and gives great advice on aftercare.

This is the only place I get my tattoo from. I’ve had 6 tattoos done by Mike or Jeff. The work is phenomenal, pricing is very fair, and the shop is very relaxed and easy going. Lots of pictures of work to see and guidance from professional artists to help you visualize and achieve the best possible tattoo for you that will look great for years to come. I’ve been going here for 10 years and will be back soon!

Hero has the best tattoo shop in Myrtle Beach . The staff at hero is very friendly and will make you feel very welcome. Both shops are very neat and clean with a comfortable setting . I just recently had a tiger done on my leg by jeff . I highly recommend hero to anyone whether its your first time or youre a experienced collector.

Hero tattoo is amazing. Mike Lee did a beautiful job on a scar cover up on my arm. All the staff are friendly and generous; I lost my lighter and a member of the staff just gave me theirs. Im definitely going back soon for another tattoo.
