I have a SHIH-TUZ THE LOVE OF MY FAMILY. AND I TREAT HIM AS SO AND I WAS TAKING HIM TO ANOTHER AND HE LOVED HIS GROOMER THIS I KNOW BUT I COULD CALL AND WOULD BE PLACED ON HOLD FOR ALMOST 40 MINUTES THIS HAPPEN MORE THAN ONCE, I ALWAYS GIVE THEM A NICE CARD AND TIP THEN IT HAPPEN MORE THAN ONCE I WONT TO BE TREATED LIKE SOMEBODY AND HE IS GOING TO TREATED THE BEST. THIS GROOMER I AM TAKING HIM TO NOW SHE IS A DOLL AND YES SHE GETS A NICE TIP EACH TRIP. NO BODY WONT TO BE MISTREATED AND PET SENSE ARE SO NICE WHEN YOU WALK INTO THEIR DOOR A SMILE ALWAYS I WONT TO SAY KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK

Grooming is terrible!!!! I have a cockapoo and brought him to PetSence. I told her how I dont want my dog to look and she told me he will have to be cut short because of his tangled hair which I understood. But my dog has a poodle like cut with puffy tail ect which I never told her that I wanted. My dog looks absolutely terrible and I cant believe I had to pay money for it. I thought he will just get a very short cut and not look like a trimmed poodle.

I have been bringing my beagle in since she was 5 or 6 weeks old and she just turned 2 years old. They know her by name!!! When I got my other dog and mentioned she is very skittish, the girls in the groomers take their time with her and love on her when she goes back. Lacey and Heaven loves all the employees that work there.

The staff seemed friendly and helpful I may have had the benefit of the puppy but I try to believe is that in general they are like that I came in just before closing they help me pick out treats and find nice chew toys for the pub and were very friendly and courteous

Management are a huge suck up, the people who make appointments do not take proper information down, the groomers themselves are great but another corporation that tries to feed their customers bulldhit instead of standing by their employees
