I am done with this store. When you go in there are usually more people working there than customers and you end up having to wait and wait and wait for service. After waiting 10 minutes today with my three kids, I was told someone was on there way to help me. When he finally arrived he insisted on helping a lady that had just gotten there even when I told him I had been waiting the longest. If thats their idea of customer service then I will be more than happy to take me business elsewhere.

Very knowable friendly people. Eager to help employees consibly clean and organized for a pet store. The reason for the 3 stars is the price. I came here to buy a dog crate and some basic supplies for a new puppy, i found roughly around 6 items including the crate for around $120. During my shopping trip, i compared prices to a major online store and found 6 of the same or comparible items for about the same price as just the crate. I left my buggy and made the online purchase instead.

Went to have my dog bathed and nails done. The impression was that they didnt want to do her. (Short haired little dog) Said to leave her and come back in 2-3 hours later. NO WAY! There were no other dogs being done. Went there on MLK Day 2016. They were far from accommodating. Heather that I talked to on the phone was super nice and friendly.

Made an appt to get my dog groomed and they set up the wrong day! All they said was sorry there is nothing we can do! REALLY! You are the ones that made the mistake...before I got off the phone I said the day and time twice to the girl and she confirmed! Unbelievable! Crap customer service!!!!

Staff are not the nicest. They are no willing to help at all. I was planning on setting up a 30 salt but the guy I was asking questions to seemed bothered. He was to busy taking dead fish out of the tank. Fish are always sick. Deff dont recommend buying fish here.

Prices are good; Employees are friendly; Animals appear to be well taken care of. Spiderlings are housed to sell though, and some look like theyre out-growing their original containers.

They are very helpful everytime we go there. They honor their online pricing if you look it up, (same exact product). This has saved us alot of money. Friendly staff.
