We had been going to this place for the past 4 years mailing a lot of packages out from our business and making many purchases. Today my daughter entered to mail out a package. There was a lady standing in line and she told my daughter to go ahead. The owner leaned over to the lady and whispered something in her ear. The lady chuckled a little than said well I think that was kind of rude. The guy just laughed. By the way this was the owner of the shop. We will now take our packages to the post office never to return to this place again. For people to be that ignorant, they will be losing a lot of business if this is the type of people they want to be. I would rather drive the 5 extra miles to do business than to step foot in this place again.

We shopped here years ago before we moved away, and was so happy to see them going strong when we moved back! Were a bit of a drive from here, but have always been pleased with the service, products and help. Ive bought food for our dogs, birds and bunnies, along with a bird cage (they have very competitive prices!), and even small gifts. They have a pretty large selection of Big Green Eggs and supplies, and their Green Eggs are WAYYY less expensive than some other stores Ive seen. The one poor review I see doesnt even make sense to me. The owners always seem very down-to-earth and friendly.

Very rude woman , Im sure shes the owner which is even sadder! If no one is at your counter, and your paying customer has to make it known that they exist. You get angry at them. It must be time to sharpen up on your customer service skills. I will never return and make sure I inform all of my friends to stay away!

Very cool store with lots of interesting items! I love going here with my daughter and looking at the country store items. They have all the supplies I need for my Husky and my bearded dragon (before he passed) They also saved me a trip to the post office!!! All in all, I really like this store and the staff!

I always enjoy going into this store! They are super knowledgeable and friendly. Theyve added some quality handmade items such as soaps which my husband and I both love! Great small town feel. Prices are good too!

I have been using this store for years and I wont go anywhere else. High quality Bird and pet supplies at fair prices and you cant beat the service. I drive 10 miles past my closet pet store and it is well worth it!
