I have two dogs, Mia and Marley that I absolutely love!! They are like my children, not just pets. Happy Dog Wash is the only place I would ever bring them to for grooming. Both the groomers do a great job being patient with my dogs and they love them! My dogs are a little larger and are afraid to go to the groomer and vet and such, but the groomers are so gentle and caring with the dogs that my dogs have no problems there at all! I also buy all my dog food from there as well because all the food is all natural and hollistic and has no fillers. The owners are very caring and knowledgable and I am even able to call them and ask questions regarding my pets needs on the phone. Its like a family environment, when you start bringing your pets there you feel as though they are part of the family. The owner even refers to himself as "Uncle Joe" and will send treats for me to give to my dogs from "Uncle Joe". It is a great place to bring your pets with a very knowledgable and caring staff!! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND IT!!!

I have been going to I.T.I.G Happy Dog Wash since their grand opening. I am a dedicated customer and have been going for about 5-6 years. I take my Shih Tzus at least twice a year to get the full service treatment. They are very efficient and keep me well updated. They also have a log that holds the dates you have taken your dog to the groomers; so if one day you take your dog to the groomers and want the same haircut as last time theyll have it recorded or a haircut from another time, have a picture of that haircut on your phone so youll have the date saved. They have really great products in their store such as holistic foods, a variety of scented shampoos and conditioners, treats, Fresh Breath (a liquid and/foam dental cleaner) and other dental products, collars & leashes, and cat products. I suggest making appointments for your pets ahead of time since they tend to have many people come in or make appointments.

Our favorite place to buy our dog food, grooming,other supplies and doggie treats! They have a great variety of natural healthy dog food. My dog was very finicky about his food. Come to find out he didnt like the bad food you get a most retail stores sell. I was given a sample of Fromm Dog Food and he gobbled it right up. I like that I can understand the ingredients listed and know he is eating healthy. Prices are great too! It is nice to go to a place where they know your name, your dogs name and always are happy to see you! I always get complements everywhere I go on my dogs grooming. People just love the way he looks! You know he likes the place when he doesnt fight you to come in the doors. Owners Joe and Claudia, and the staff Dawn and the groomers are very friendly. Grab your self a bully stick, my dog loves his! I always recommend everyone to Happy Dog Wash!

I absolutely love this place!!!- affordable pet grooming with exceptional high quality service. Friendly owners and very generous as well. I definitely recommend this groomer -"Uncle Joe" (owner) always ensures to send my Max off with a sweet treat to take home! - Ive been grooming my best friend at Happy Dog Wash now for almost 2 years and I have never had a problem. If for some reason you are not happy, they will make sure to correct it without any issues or hassle. My Max always looks handsome & sharp after his groom. He smells amazing and his sanitary areas are well shaved without any visible cuts or burns. Nice and smooth! They also carry an amazing brand of organic dog food. Which you cannot find at any pet store or market. Uncle Joe will be kind and let you take a sample bag to take home, before you purchase a full bag for your pet.

IN RESPONSE TO PAULA - I am the owner of Happy Dog Wash and I am sorry that you were not happy about us not being able to cut the nails of Duke, your bullmastiff. As I have tried to explain it to you that for liability purposes, my groomer is 110 pounds, while your bullmastiff was around 150 pounds. I understand that he is very gentle and you can take food out of his mouth. But, when Any dog is in the hands of strangers and they are doing something that dogs dont like i.e. cut their nails or any other grooming services, dogs re-act differently. Therefore, in order to protect your dog and my groomer that is why we were not able to do Dukes nails. I am sorry again. Claudia

I have a 9 year old bullmastiff and stopped by to see if I could bring him by the next day to trim his nails. The store clerk checked with the groomer and told me OK, but they would have to do it on the floor instead of the table. I was fine with that because my Duke is a gentle giant. He is so gentle that I can take food out of his mouth while he is eating. The next day I get there and the owner doesnt even want to let us in the place. I explained why I was there and had already OKd it with the groomer and he told me that "they could not take on the liability". They obviously dont know anything about dogs and I would not take my dog there no matter the size.

We took our dog Bane there who is normally very skiddish but he got a long with them very well and we had a great experience. The owners are very nice and you can typically speak to either of them over the phone when you call. The groomer (Maritza) is amazing with dogs and Bane fell in love with her right away. Like any other dog grooming establishment you must make an appointment. Dog grooming and washing is not something you typically treat like drive-in service. We have also switched Bane to "Instinct" food which was highly recommended by them and he has seen a healthy weight gain and an increase in energy. THANK YOU!!!!

We are from out of state and needed to bath our dog. They advertiize self dog washs. We called and they told us that they were open so we drove an hour in local traffic to get there before they closed. Once there the owner said that they dont do the washs and that I needed to make an appointment with the groomer who had already gone for the day. Couldnt do that the dog had been sick and neded to be bathed immediately. The owned said sorry and sent us packing. I askednundernthe circumstances if we could possibly use his facilities and again he said sorry. The guy cost me time and money because of bad information.

Ive been bringing my dogs here for the past few years! The grooming is very affordable and they do an amazing job. The owners and the groomers are some of the nicest people. You can tell that they genuinely love each of the pets and caring for them! My dogs get very excited whenever we bring them here because they know the staff and get so happy to see them. Ive been to quite a few different pet stores and groomers in the area, but nothing can beat Happy Dog Wash in both customer service and price. : D
