I love these groomers. I take my Lab/rottweiler mix and she hates getting in the car and being handled by strangers, but after taking her just once here if she sees the building she will pull me out of the car and pretty much drag me in.. She Loves it!! I can truly say that is rare for her because she hates being groomed but they must do a great job in handling the dogs for mine to love it!! She looks awesome afterwards as well.. i get her a really short cut because she is older and the longer rottweiler fur is too hot for her and she looks uncomfortable. Once she leaves here she is a happy girl that smells and looks good! I will say with Large breeds (my girl is about 70lbs) you may wait a week or two for the appointment because they only have a couple of people that handle Large breed dogs. But Im ok with that for the service and a happy girl.

Worst place ever! I am never taking my dog here again the customer service is horrible and disrespectful. They are rude and unsanitary. Dont waste your money on this nasty business. ** I do have the right business. Your business is horrible and I will never bring my dog back here because your employees are beyond unprofessional with ZERO customer service skills, and you just stand there as the owner and do nothing about it. I have no questions or concerns my only concern is spreading the word to people about how your employees treat their customers and trying to find a new place for my dog. P.S. I WAS A LONG TIME CUSTOMER!!

I LOVE THEM!! My dogs know when we arrive at Furry Tails, They start pulling at their leash and as soon as they see them, thats it! they are no longer my dogs, they forget about mommy! Jajaja My dogs always look their best after they leave Furry Tails. My Nemo Always leave with his mowhawk and my old dude Fluffy looking like a puppy. Amazing people, amazing service!!! I live 45 minutes from the place but i dont mind the drive because I know they take good care of my babies! They have wonderful prices and services, I will always take my dogs to them!

Ive been grooming my dogs for over 5 years at retail pet stores and paying as much as $55.00 for a small dog. I tried Furry tails because it was local and when i spoke to the owner he was very welcoming. All the groomers do an awesome job. Furry tails is very affordable for a family on a budget. I highly recommend Furry tails. Being the only good groomer in poinciana; there may be a wait. That is why you need to make an appointment well ahead of time. Always friendly and affordable.

Please if you use this place, make sure you come back while you dog is being groomed.....They are cruel and hurt the dogs...groomer always on her cell phone while brushing and pulling the dogs fur...When we brought our dog she would start shaking before we hit the door....I came back early to pick her up and she was being yelled at for not standing still while the groomer has her cell phone up to her ear. AWEFUL CRUEL

I have taken my dog Rookie here for several years now, The staff is great and always know how to groom him. The prices are reasonably affordable to those on a budget, but the service are an A+. Staff is very pleasant, upbeat friendly and you can tell they care about their furry customers. I highly recommend them to anyone in the Kissimmee/Poinciana area.

Her first grooming experience was at Pet Smart (she was3 montohs old) and I was not too pleased, that s why she became a client at Furry Tails a few weeks later. Treats Customers poorly... Hours 8-4 are for the convenience of the owner. Says you can bring pet for grooming before 2 PM then changes it to say ONLY short hair dogs can qualify for no appointment. Also talks down to potential customers on Phone... Has too much business, needs to have better hours for those that WORK for a living.

I would have to agree with previous post. You call one salon they say the are full and to be told the other spot can take you. Call the other location and they say no. Its ridiculous. Time for a new place to open around here. They do good service to the dog but what is the point to give credit when they never have space!!

Customer service is excellent. My dog doesnt seem to fear the place so Im guessing they treat her well. I used to take her to another place and she just didnt want to go inside for nothing. Anyway. The prices are very fair. I have taken my mothers dog there and they do an excellent job with her hair cut

This place is unbelievable every time I try to make an appointment as soon that I give them my dogs breed there like no space sorry. Never has space and when I pass by its never full. Its sad that I have to go to petco having them so closely by.

Very content with service. Its right down the street from my house and the staff is very friendly. I walked in without an appointment and they took me in on a Saturday to get my dog groomed. I defiantly recommend this place to anyone.
