The cookies were delicious, but EXPENSIVE!! There was a couple ahead of us who got 2 tiny cups of ice cream (with toppings mixed in), and their total cane to almost $15! We purchased 10 regular cookies (buy 10, get 3 free), and our total was almost $18! There was only 1 person waiting on customers, but there were obviously other workers in the back because they could be heard talking and laughing. It was a bit of a wait, but the service was excellent. So the 3 stars are based on wait time and price.

Service is great, lines can be very long at times. Need more employees at times, but they get the job done. What I dont like is that they dont have many options in non fat ice cream, they always run out if it, an vanilla should always be a non fat flavor. They run out if cookies & they could use more cookie choices like most Great American Cookie stores

Not only is the Ice Cream delicious the customer service is great! I went there tonight for some birthday ice cream. I wanted to try something new but was unsure, the young lady working suggested Black Cherry and Cheesecake...My new favorite combination

Its not closed. It just moved next to GameStop. But this location, like the one on Gervais, almost never has the Blue Cotton Candy flavor. Why Marble Slab allows these franchises to routinely be out of one of their creations is anyones guess.

Tastes great, love the unlimited toppings/mix-ins, but the prices are expensive!!! (I did have a safety issue one time which the employees didnt take care of, but I emailed management just to make them aware. They responded through email.)

Always treated with a smile as sweet as their ice cream. My kids always get the same thing so they know them when the come in. Great Staff,,Clean diningroom,, Busy location but theyre always customer friendly
