Taking a reference from my Sister who works for the City of Columbia I purchased a Salad and a slice of Pound Cake. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant, and the young lady who rang me up at the register was not only beautiful but very Customer Service oriented. I think I will send my Son by to meet her (smile). I pray that they keep the portions like they are because i was very satisfied with everything I purchased. I will be back after Christmas to get another Salad and maybe some German Chocolate Cake.

Deliciously fresh food and desserts (especially the red velvet cupcakes), friendly staff, clean and cute establishment -- what more can you ask for? Oh, and theyre very reasonably priced! The only thing I hate is that since Ive relocated out of the state, I no longer have access. Either way, if Im ever in town, they can always count on my business.

Been living in Columbia all my life & never knew about this place! My sweet tooth was kickin & I found them on Google, too my surprise Ive fallen in love! Fast, friendly service, & a variety of sweets to choose from (other food also)! The cupcakes I got were moist & D E L I C I O U S! Main St Bakery is the only bakery you need! SERIOUSLY!!!

Today was my first time shopping at Main Street Bakery, and I must say the Italian Creme Cake I ordered is the best ever! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have a nice assortment of ready to buy items. This bakery has a new customer and I look forward to buying more from them. :-)

Fantastic cake decorator !! I wanted a pretty specific custom birthday cake- I spoke with a friendly knowledgeable cake decorator, sent her photos of what I wanted and the cake came out great
