Me and my roommate been going to that location for the past 2 1/2 years but tonight July 5th 2014 we received the worst customer service ever. We went in to purchase some pre-made ice cream cupcakes for his birthday and walked up to the register to get waited on. There was a young couple in front of us. Once the cashier finished with them she just walked away and never came back just to go and talk to her co-workers behind the line. My roommate and I made contact with several other employees behind the line and not once did anyone of them acknowledged us. Then several minutes later a young lady came down to where the register was located and turned her back towards us to do whatever she was doing behind the counter. After two minutes she turned to us and bluntly and rudely asked "Did yall want something"? With that attitude we decided not to spend our money there anymore. We put the cupcakes back in the freezer and left. I thought Cold Stone Creamery pride themselves on good customer service. Well tonight proved them wrong. We will never ever go back to that location after being treated so rudely.

Website says they open at 11am anf it was 11:19am and the doors were closed. When I called the number for this store it rang a while and then someone picked up the phone by just saying "Hello". If you are a business the proper way to answer the phone is by mentioning the name of the business and stating your name and maybe asking "How can I help you?". I had to ask the person if this was Cold Stone. The person said they opened at 11:30am so I had to wait 11 minutes for them to open. Also, there were no signs at the door of the times they are in business.

First of all, the place was a disaster as far as cleanliness. Second, I didnt see the sanitation rating posted any where. Third, they were out of chocolate ice cream, waffle cones and sweet cream. It was 6pm on a Sunday. There was one guy standing behind the register that could have easily been wiping down tables , wiping front of ice cream case and picking up the place. It was just a train wreck and to top it off the guys were slow and kept making mistakes which made the wait even longer. There needs to be some sort of manager in duty. Just horrible.

This girl working was extremely rude and over charged us for the ice cream. When asking to speak to a manager, got extreamly sassy and rolled her eyes and said no. I continued to ask why I was paying so much for a simple ice cream and said the prices went up. The prices didnt move up at all. Extreamly dirty and completely sticky. Bathroom had a broken sink, just terrible. Never going back again. I wish I could give this lower than 1 star. Awful awful awful experience.

I bought a ice cream cake from them and we came in to collect it and it didnt look like its soapose to cause it was soapose to have gram cracker crumbs on the bottom but it didnt it had a layer of green frosting and it was soapose to be light pink but it was neon hot pink and the writing was soaposed to be purple but it was green last year it was perfect it looked just like it was soaposed to but this year was horrible and her birthday is tomorrow

Every time Ive come to this location they are out of something. This last time was the worst! After waiting 20 minutes in line they tell us no vanilla, no chocolate of any kind, no cream flavor. They were disorganized and slow. The service was crap-teenagers who could care less. Lost an ice cream lover customer.

Horrible...I applied called in faithfully to check on the process of my application and was told by the manager Id be given a call back when more people applied to have a group interview...turns out they hired a bunch of people and didnt communicate that with me this entire time. Noone should go here ever

Came here on 5/14/2017 at 8:30 came here with my family for mothers day and the customer service was awful, they can use people skills I didnt appreciate the way they acted towards my family and even when we payed I mean at least be nice when you take my money, so i really hope this gets taken care of.

Ice cream is good but this place is unbelievably expensive. Literally paid almost $30 for a small and medium cone and a milkshake. Its less expensive and more economical to go to the grocery store and buy three gallons of ice cream. Will avoid coming here in the future unless money becomes no object.

Poor customer service and lack of product. They ran out of waffle cones and ice! And the person working looked as if she didnt know what she was doing and seemed overwhelmed by the amount of customers. The ice cream is good, but I wont come back to the rivergate location.

I ordered a specialty cake for my wife I get a confirmation to pick up at 2:00 pm. I get here at 15 minutes after 2pm and wait in this long line till 3:00 pm to be told its not ready, and the line is getting longer. This is not good customer service. Very disappointed.

The worst worst cold stone stone Ive ever been to. Do not go here, service is slow, workers are rude and last time my husband and I went there we got there 10 minutes before they closed and they refused to let us in. Ignoring us and turning out the lights.

I remember coming to Cold Stone Creamery when I was younger and loving the quality ice cream and cool mix ins but I came in recently and half the flavors were gone and the place looked less clean and more upbeat than it ever was before.

I called and ordered Birthday cake yesterday and they did not get the cake ready the next day when I came and pick up. I had to wait in a long line and then wait again to have the cake decorate! :( but they gave use a discount :)

Cones were old and hard. The Oreo Overload Icecream had little to no cookies. Tables were dirty. Lastly the staff was unfriendly and cold as the icecream being served. AVOID AND GET BETTER ICECREAM AND SERVICE ELSEWHERE.

I was over charged by 40.00 on ice cream. my bill was suppose to be 24 and some change but when I checked my debit card I had been charged 68.88. Tables a mess and floor needed a mopping.

Its Cold Stone Creamery! They have great ice cream. Service was what it needed to be. They have a small frozen yogurt bar you can use to make your own with toppings as well.

Every surface is sticky, line was twenty minutes long, yogurt bar is broken, they were out of cash, they were out of all the flavors we wanted.. a disaster really.
