#sweetnessbakeshop after trying for weeks to get in contact with Yami, multiple emails, no response, went to the store twice to try & speak with her & nothing. After a third attempt, still no response from the owner, we were finally able to place an order for 1 cupcake with an employee. During a second attempt to pick up, (because when we first went at our scheduled pick-up time it was not there) 1. we were told the fondant was ruined in transport to the shop from the owners house. 2. The cupcake is incomplete, its missing a #1, that they broke & at the shop they could not fix it. Weve loved #sweetnessbakeshop & have ordered for all our functions, but we will no longer be customers!

I ordered a cake from Sweetness for my baby shower. The consultation went seemingly well, and the owner seemed passionate about making my cake. The cake did not come out quite as pretty as I had expected but I consoled myself with the fact that it would be delicious. Well there was two layers and two different flavors, the top was barely flavored and had the wrong filling per the description, which claimed to have fresh strawberries (there were none in my cake) and the bottom layer was supposed to be chocolate chip but they gave me plain vanilla. I was very dissatisfied after paying $160 for an ugly cake in the wrong flavors.

Sweetness is a lovely, whimsical confectionery, coffee, and tea shop that serves a range of homemade cupcakes, gourmet deserts, gelato, bonbons, and a variety of drinks. The shop is inviting and decorated with a charming melange of sweet treat inspired art. I tried the Borracha (rum-infused pound cake with meringue) and Guayabera (guava-filled guava cake topped with cream) cupcakes. These were a great combination and the guava inside the Guayabera was a pleasant surprise, bringing out the guava flavor of the cake. All in all, I loved my sweet shop experience.

They didnt have any regular brewed coffee. Then tells us they dont have their specialty doughnuts or cookies because they werent delivered?!? I thought a bakery was supposed to BAKE their items from scratch. They couldve went to Publix or Sedanos to buy flour and make it happen! My first, and most likely last visit.

Ordered a cake that i wanted to be red frosting. the baker decided that it wouldnt be important to tell me that red frosting is bitter. I went back after the birthday party to complain and was told i was going to receive a credit for my next order. When i went to place my next order, they refused to make my cake.

Stopped by to pick up a birthday cake for mom. Wanted to get a special cake for her and not a supermarket cake. Was very disappointed with the vanilla cake from Sweetness. The cake was very dry and in the middle was 3 inches of hard, dry frosting. Not impressed and disappointed with my cake :-(

First time here. Ordered coffee and some cupcakes. Been waiting almost 15 minutes for coffee. I am pretty patient but it seems this place is not very organized. At least not on a Saturday. Hopefully these cupcakes and coffee are well worth the wait.

Wow! What a fantastic Bakery Shop. I cant get over all the delectable treats this shop has to offer. She even sells Ice Cream! A good size establishment. there is room for seating inside and there is seating outside.

We planned to do our wedding cake there but the owner started bashing other bakeries and that is very unprofessional not to mention we had picked them for the cake that wasnt needed because of that we backed out.

Service was a little slow because there was only one person but he was very nice.the cupcakes and shake were all delicious! I tried the guayabera cupcake and my tried the cake and shake, both were super yummy

Great little place. Came here just to try the pumpkin tree leches..but quickly notices there where so many other great options. Definitely recommend for a quick sweet snack.

First time I went I got a key lime pie shooter, a creme brulee, and a chocolate chip cookie with chocolate filling. They all were delicious! I look forward to going back

SO DELICIOUS! We got one of all the cupcakes (only 9 flavours at a time, so it wasnt crazy), and they were all so delicious! Especially the special weekly flavours.

Used to love this place...they used to have variety...but now..its just the usual guava, vanilla, chocolate flavors. I wish they had more variety (again).
