Less than zero. This pharmacy is my go-to. Its right next to my office, so I can walk over there for snacks, or any of those "can you pick me up some_______on the way home?" stuff. Ive always liked it, mostly just because it is convenient and I know where everything is. The pharmacy staff really changed my mutual opinion. Just to make things easier, I decided to transfer two prescriptions from my pharmacy to here. For my husband. When I called to check the status of them, I was met an already annoyed tech. She was older, so I gave her a break and just asked when the rx would be done. She instantly informed me that my prescriptions could not be filled because the insurance declined to pay, and they do not fill narcotics early. WHAT?? Neither were narcotic, controlled, or fun in any way possible. Seeing that she is an idiot, I decided to drop in and ask for the pharmacist. I did. He was very rude and condescending.He told me that the prescriptions were controlled in this state and denied by insurance. Well, on my way to the pharmacy, I made a couple calls, one to my insurance company, they stated that nothing had run through, one to the state, confirming that my prescriptions were not controlled. As a matter of fact, one of the prescriptions didnt even have a refill to run through. His tone did not sit well with me considering what I had learned on the way. He looked into my eyes and told me the prescriptions were ran, declined, and that they wouldnt be filled because they are controlled. Manager PLEASE. No manager. Really, they have no manager. At my wits end I called him a lair with a gatekeeper complex, at which point he told me to leave the store or he would make me. My father was a military officer. If he would have touched me, I would have subdued him in a humiliating position until police arrived. Anyway, Im trying to get corporate involved, but they are all confused and mislead, just like their pharmacies. All I know is that if I did work that they do at that store, Id been fired a long time ago. Go somewhere else. I did, and got my prescription in under 15 mins. No hassle.

Their pharmacy has terrible customer service. In fact, one employee was actually quite rude to us and other customers. My family and I have transferred our prescriptions to another pharmacy because of it.

They absolutely never can fill an entire prescription, and youll wait forever to get anything. 2 years of this and Im done. Go to CVS right up the street. Theyre awesome.

Rude employees and management! I use to love going to Walgreens but after being treated so badly for using coupons I will never shop there again.
