The pharmacy was fine and check out clerk was ok...it was the arrogant manager I have an issue with. My neighbor and I went in about 15 minutes ago..as we were entering this foul smelling young person approached and requested money. I said no. He followed us around the store..by the pharmacy, etc... We heard code 90 and a request for security to walk the floor. We assumed it was due to this person. As we checked out up front we ask the clerk if security could walk us out as we were uncomfortable ...and explained...she responded with..oh hes left the store..duh? She called the manager and explained...meanwhile a gentleman in line behind us offered to walk out with us...we thanked him and told him we would wait on him and very much appreciated it. Meanwhile the manager walks by, right by us does not acknowledge us...sticks his head out the door.. says hes gone..chuckles and says theres a cop out there anyway...not addressing us..he walks off. So, we walk out...thank goodness we didnt see the foul smelling guy and there wasnt a cop either. Now, this man is responsible for his store..had I been the manager I or someone would have made sure any uncomfortable customer made it to their vehicles safely and I dang sure would have at least nodded to them... This store is done for me!

I had an issue with a GreenDot card purchased from Walgreens, for my daughter at Christmas. Since it was a Christmas gift, the person who purchased it has since thrown out receipt. (Since the other two Card purchases at same time worked fine). According to GreenDot there was a $0 balance on card and I knew how much should have been on the card. GreenDot was less then helpful to say the least. I called about 10pm on a Friday (2/17/2016) evening and spoke with Erin at Walgreens. Erin was exceptional with her knowledge and help resolving the issue. Erin took the time to go through 100s of purchases of said card until she found the correct ones to get me a receipt number in order to get issue with GreenDot resolved. Without Erins assistance, I would have NEVER received what was gifted on the card. Thank you, thank you Erin for all your patience and assistance. FIVE STAR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Actually they dont deserve a one star either. Pharmacy is horrible. Theyve asked 5 times for my birthday, then told me my daughter didnt have coverage when Im the plan holder and have coverage for my daughter and i. Smh. I then called my insurance and they confirmed that my daughter had coverage, so then drove back and told pharmacy, but they refused to listen. Thats why I stick to what I love, cvs at Mt. HOLLY HUNTERSVILLE. If tamiflu didnt run out in north charlotte, I wouldnt dare to drive and sent my prescriptions there!! It was a horrible experience and the staffs are rude!

The pharmacy staff if very difficult to work with. I have gone to another Walgreens as a result. I thought maybe it was just me but while I was sick and had a friend go to the pharmacy for me, she said the same thing. It is a shame since the rest of the store is very nice.

Glad to have a wal-greens located around the Southpark area. Very nice and clean with friendly staff....If your coming off of Morrison turn into Bojangles Parking lot and go behind shopping center to get to wallgreens parking lot as there is no left turn off of Morrison.

I dont use the pharmacy services here, but since it is in walking distance it makes it very convenient to grab vitamins or bath products when needed. The store is always clean, however it may be understaffed because when I go there is always a line of 4-5 people.

Pharmacy struggles to get prescriptions filled accurately and in a timely manner. When brought to the attention of store management, there seemed to be little concern. The six or seven pharmacy customers I observed left unhappy.
