I went on Friday and on my way out so a set of pillows that i wanted but the lines at the register were sooo long. When i got home i decided I really wanted the pillows so I called and asked them to hold them for me. This was 8pm so she said i pulled them off the rack so dont worry they will be here waiting for you. I went the next day, a 25 minute ride to get there and the pillows were no where to be found. 2 store managers and all they have to say is Sorry. One of the managers then pawned me off on the woman who was in charge of that dept and he went and hid in the back room and all I get is another Sorry and they all just walked away. Do you think some kind of good deed should have been done here for my inconvenience? I have called 3 other stores and this was the only set of pillows of its kind and i missed out because of some womans incompetence!
