I would just like to express my disappointment in service that I had at your This location. I was shopping and when I reached the back of the store there was a whole group of workers. Im assuming they were higher ups there because they seemed to be going over ideas and talking about more managerial stuff. I was in the same area for about 10 minutes while they were there. Not ONE of them looked at me, not ONE spoke to me, not ONE. I have worked numerous retail jobs and now work in dentistry which is very customer service oriented and never would I do that. A simple "hello how are you" would have been nice. ESPECIALLY when it is managers, the people supposed to be leading and setting examples and whoever else was there. I also walked around the store, past numerous employees who made clear eye contact with me but never acknowledged my existence. Now, my business is not keeping home goods in business so if you lost one customer it would hurt no one but a piece of advice, get your employees some more training on how to work retail. Its basic life skills that these adults dont possess yet are running your stores. Its shameful. I hope you look into my suggestion and educate your teams on actually caring about other humans that are in the stores to spend money. I see other comments about friendly staff... maybe its the color of my skin that I didnt get this same "friendliness" the only nice person there, was the cashier in training. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I love HomeGiids! It is my go-to place, very rarely do I not find what I am looking for, but if I cant find it one time I know it will eventually be there. Its always worth the wait. Not sure if I like so many food items being offered would rather more small furnishings.

I always find something neat here, I especially like the selection of snacks & gourmet foods. They recently rearranged this section and expanded it. The store is generally well stocked and maintained, they have a good seasonal selection of stuff around holidays too.

By far one of the best Homegoods Ive been to in and around central and eastern Massachusetts with an expansive selection of good food, furniture, and home decor. Having the TJMaxx US headquarters around the corner may have something to do with that

Pretty standard HomeGoods. Merchandise is well stocked, employees are helpful, checkout line moves quickly. And they have a life-sized disco-mirrored elephant in the center of the store.

They have some really great stuff but the store is small. As a result, the aisles are really narrow and difficult to navigate on a weekend when the store tends to get pretty crowded.
