On my anniversary, I called in at 10 AM and placed an order with a very nice person named Kathy. She asked me what my favorite flowers were and how much I wanted to spend. I was glad she asked so I could include our favorite flower (white Lilies) for their sweet smell. I also liked that I could specify my budget. Other than that I said "you know flowers, I trust you, please make her smile". The vase and delivery were included and so I charged the reasonable total over the phone. The arrangement was delivered that very afternoon to my wifes office... where the "huge and beautiful and Lily scented" flower arrangement made quite a lovely scene... which made for a very happy smiling wife. I can highly recommend Imondi. These people know what they are doing.

Living in Maine, I ordered flowers for my mother-in-laws funeral over the phone. I described what we wanted: 2 large urns, a blanket, and 2 small hearts. When we walked into the funeral home and saw what was created, we were overwhelmed by the beauty, care, and artistry of the flowers. They were amazing. During such a sad time of loss, the flowers brought comfort. I know my mother-in-law was smiling from heaven. Thank you!

The delivery was horrible and late, I had ordered flowers to cheer my daughter up at work, however the delivery took 6 hours and was after business time which was unacceptable as it turned around and made my day worse rather than cheer up my daughters day. The delivery was done using a normal vehicle rather than a company car. This Business sucks and never dealing with the again

Cant say enough about Imondis. The 4 funeral arrangements ordered for my father were all beautifully coordinated to complement each other. Each arrangement was full and lush. Another spray was ordered by a friend and that piece was different but yet so complimentary. They pay attention to every detail. Would not use any other florist; they are the best.

They suck, i ordered flowers at 11 am to a business place and it got delivered after 5pm when the business was closed. The recipient had to wait 40 mins after the shift ended, the delivery girl came in her own car and not a company car to deliver it and had to leave then come back thinking that the recipient left. Never doing business with them again.

Imondi is the best florist around. Whether you are ordering a dozen roses or customizing an arrangement, Ive never been disappointed. Stopped in to order an arrangement for my wife. I provided a budget and colors my wife likes. It came today and its amazing. You have a lifetime customer.

I ordered sunflowers for valentines day a couple days in advance, when I went to pick up my arrangement the cashier was snippy and half of the bouquet started wilting a few days later. On top of that I found this place of the AAA website and they didnt honor the discount. (sad face)

Extremely poor service. They claimed to have delivered flowers on the day requested to my mother inlaw but she after found out from us that they hadnt been delivered. I had to arrange delivery and the person was very rude from the start of the phone conversation.
