These heartless (choice word) individuals had the nerve to come to my familys house on the day we were laying my grandfather to rest and attempted to retrieve flowers that had been delivered (by a family friend) earlier that morning. Apparently, the person who had ordered the flowers, had called to complain that they were not what she had requested and instead of honoring their own mistake, an employee showed up at our home (without conveying any information as to what was going on --- not to mention, an hour before the wake) and put my family through an emotional ordeal I wouldnt wish on anyone. According to the employee, it was our fault that he had to retrieve the flowers, and that was about the extent of the explanation we received. Please do not support this shop! The manager of the shop wouldnt even apologize for his employees behavior under the circumstances and acted as if it were justified. Ive never been so offended in my life, horrible horrible human beings. Ive contacted the town and the state in regards to this ordeal and pray that others will never have to go through it themselves.

Amazing Flowers!!! On my wedding day when the flowers were delivered I was not expecting the flowers to be so beautiful!!! The price was so reasonable that I thought well if I get ok flowers I will be happy because I didnt over spend on them. So I was blown away when they arrived and they were amazing!!! If I could upload a photo I would. You cant go wrong with using Valley Falls Flower Shop. Thank you!!!!

What a wonderful flower shop! As a first time customer, I ordered an anniversary floral arrangement from Valley Falls, and we were amazed at its size and beauty. It was absolutely gorgeous. We now have a new place to order all our flowers and plants, since we intend to use this shop as much as possible in the future.
