My dad bought me a rather expensive hand warming mug along with 11 others for my siblings and their spouses and a very expensive decorative clock. I noticed on the mug that the inside and outside is glossed over in what seems to be a protective coating, HOWEVER the outside of the mug on the bottom is not glossed and is just hardened raw clay. It just so happens that I have a tiny hairline crack on that part of the mug and my mug leaks now. I called the manager of the Nashua NH Pearl St. store and complained about it. They called me back 4 days later and won t remedy the problem at all. No replacement or no refund. Nothing! Their flowers may be nice but BEWARE OF THEIR MUGS!!! Too much money and won t even last as long as a standard dollar store mug.

My husband had a beautiful arrangement delivered to my office today for my birthday, and these were the most gorgeous flowers I have ever seen. Everyone in the office was so jealous and couldnt believe how good these flowers looked.
