he Mothers Day bouquet I sent to my mother in Dunstable from your flower shop was a very poor replacement of what you had online... I wanted my mom to be in awe of what she saw when she opened her door to the delivery person - who delivered a sort of hand picked type of look in a small glass vase (something I could get at the dollar store). Hardly worth the $50 I paid you for it. She received a poorly decorated small flower arrangement with no roses as requested. Every single bouquet you have on your website, even in the small size... you show as being majestic, stunning... beautiful. What my mom received didnt come close to any of that. I could have purchased a more beautiful bouquet at Hannaford or Shaws for the price I paid you! I am devastated at what my mom received... I wanted her to be totally blown away when opening her front door. According to your website, ALL of your bouquets are gorgeous... small, medium, and large sizes. What was sent to her doesnt even come close to anything on your website! I will never use your shop again, and I will not refer anyone to you... I would have been totally embarrassed to send out what you did for Mothers Day. Did everyone get the same thing? And, I saw no indication on your website that the arrangement would be so small, so poor... I am just totally shocked at what you sent her. I would rather have given her the money... please respond to me... explain what happened? I would love a credit back to my credit card so I can take her out to eat instead. What happened??? She was suppose to receive the exact bouquet to the left, but something similar... doesnt even compare! Loretta Young
