I love books so Im thankful this store is available in Wilkes Barre. I used to spend a lot time here but it was reorganized and now I feel like Im at a rummage sale rather than a store. I have no clue how they decide what goes into the categories that are posted in the different sections. I havent been able to find a book in this store without customer service in over a year. Thats really discouraging to me because I feel like an idiot standing at the desk waiting for help as it is rarely manned. So, instead of going to find the book I want and look around, I call ahead and gave it taken up front do I dont have to deal with the frustration.
