I ordered the M400 watch with the heart rate monitor. Upon receipt due to confusing packaging I wasnt sure that I had received my full order. I called in to inquire about and spoke to a very rude customer service representative name Katie. Due to her not listening the very polite manager Jennifer was about to send me a separate heart rate monitor for free, to which I stopped her and asked a few questions and clarified my initial reason for calling, which saved her from sending me the heart rate monitor and the company losing money. Fast forward, 1 day and I realized I got the wrong watch. Simple I planned on returning it through the unbeknownst to me broken returning form on their site. Which leads you to believe you will be sent a printing label. Since it was broken I had to call in and spoke to none other than the same infamous Katie. Who was even ruder today than previously, she told me I had to pay shipping and when I asked to speak to a manager she put on hold for 6 minutes before getting back on the phone and saying no manager was available. I have chosen after all this unnecessary confusion, not to order with this company anymore.

I had a problem with a product that I purchased through HRM. I called the manufacturer, and they gave me the ring around... Told me that Id have to wait, send the product back, and then theyd send me a replacement within a month. With the amount of money that I spent on the product, I was seriously disappointed. I called HRM, told them what happened, and they made it right so fast that I was completely blown away by their customer service.

Horrible company. Ordered something through them on Amazon. Because of an error on their site I was sent the incorrect product so I returned it. I had to pay to ship it back and they charged me 10% restocking fee which means I paid money for nothing. They never admitted their error or offer to correct it despite multiple messages and complaints. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM.

Garmin Forerunner 25: Faceplate was on upside down resulting in buttons not lining up with correct labels. This creates an inability to properly use the watch. I purchased the watch on Amazon, so I requested to return it. I was notified that I could pay for shipping and they would let me return it.

Apparently, if you open the box, you have to pay a 10% restocking fee to return. This is not clearly stated on the refund policy.
