I just wanted to leave some feedback. My first visit was when we dropped off Food and Supplies to help the victims of Hurricane Sandy. We thought it was great that a local buisness got involved and did something to help make a difference. Then I stopped in to have my Mathews Conquest set up and arrows cut to length. Your Tech was friendly and went over everything with me. Bow shoots great! Then we brought our daughter up, it was her 1st time at a range, your staff was so friendly and helpful, she just fell in love with it there as did my wife and I. On our next trip we brought friends and the kids shot for 2 hrs and had a blast! Archery Addictions is an example of how a buisness should be run. 1st rate ranges , friendly and knowledgeable staff, as well as active in the community.

My husband and I went there to get our equipment looked at. The staff there looked at it and was completely honest. They showed us what was wrong with it and didnt expect anything for looking at it. We were looking at new equipment and the cool thing is they have layaway there. My husband ended up getting a compound bow. The staff took their time to properly measure him for the bow. They were not pushy at all. They allowed us to shoot our bows to make sure that they were what we wanted. I wanted a crossbow and the staff helped me pick the right one. We have never been more pleased with the staff there. They now have loyal customers for life.

They were very helpful with helping me (a beginner) pick out a bow. I didnt feel pressured into buying something more expensive, but they did a thorough job of explaining the benefits of better equipment. Treated me with respect even though I had know idea what I was looking for or what to do. The knowledge and experience I was able to gain here made it well worth the trip. I am glad that I did not go out and buy my first bow online even though I may have been able to find it cheaper. Trying the equipment at the store gave me the confidence and the know how to choose something appropriate for myself.

First time at the store and waited an hour for service while they all talked and didnt ask if I needed help. The guy that finally "helped" me seemed like he didnt want to be there and barely said a word. I had asked him about a bow and all he said was "yea they work fine." No strong selling points were provided. After shooting the bow I had decided I wasnt willing to give them my business and went elsewhere.

Great place! I love that they have so many options that my kids can even shoot with us so its very family friendly. They went above and beyond helping my son get fitted to his bow and helping me sight in mine. Very knowledgeable staff too. Seriously cant say enough good things, Im very happy we found this place.

had a bad expeience with a product oi purchased, however managment stepped in right away and helped me with an alternate solution. these guys are great and help out even beginners like myslef Like i said before im a customer for life

Shop looks really nice and has lots of great stuff, but me ,my husband and our son went in to find me a new bow and walked around for 20+ minutes and no one ever said anything to us or asked if we needed anything.
