I had a horrible experience at this beauty supply store. so i went to return some clippers that did not work when I brought them from this store so the store owner told me that they didnt do cash refund. and I ask him even on products that where already broken when purchase. he said yeah.so he then directed me to a 1800 number which I called in the store, so they told me that I would have to ship the product back to them but I would have to pay for shipping which means I would still lose money. so by this time I was pretty fusterded and I told him to just exchange it for a different one this is when he told me they didnt have any more of the clippers that i brought but he could gave some clippers for less value then the ones I paid for the frist time. so they dont care about the customers in this store or there convence. There ok with making money by any means even if that means stealing from you !!!

The girls are nice they have good quality hair depending on what you would like to spend, my biggest issue is their pricing for black the price of a pack could be 30 and the same hair in natural brown which is my hair color will be $10 more which I think is ridiculous and Im sure is not right at all I could see if it was blonde or an unnatural or split color. I will now just visit one of the many hair stores on 69th st where they dont charge you up for a natural brown color

I did not give this beauty suppy store any stars because this is the WORST beauty supply store I have ever been to. The service is TERRIBLE...I bought a bag of remy velvet and it was shedding. I tried to get my money back but they refused to give me a refund or an exchange. They are rip off. I wouldnt recommend this store to my worst enemy!
