The worst Sallys I have ever been to. For one, the sales associate was rude telling me I need to hurry up and buy something so she can lock up for her break and the store was only open for three hours. I hate being rushed and as a customer and someone who has worked in retail before, you wait until the customer is done shopping then you go on break. I will never go back to that store again.

When you walk in the store no one greets you, ask if you need help with anything. I waited at the cash register for 5 minutes two girls walked up nobody waited on me. I didnt even get to purchase the item that I put on the counter. terrible customer service will never go there again

Sallys is my SPOT!! I get a lot of products from here, in addition to coupons. Sallys in South Philly on 3rd and Oregon is the best! Sallys on Baltimore Ave. also has a nice selection. I like those two best.

The staff is great, theyre always putting new stock up. And they remember you by the products you purchase. I come in and they say hello and ask me if Im in for whatever without looking me up.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!! Employees know nothing about products and eat potato chips while ringing up ur purchases all while the manager is just sitting on her phone! Never again

Online says on Sunday its close at 6pm but thats a lie. They close at 5. Now I cant get my hair done... yall need to change ur online time for when yall closing.
