This was by far the worst goodwill experience we have ever had. We was treated with no respect or curdosy. The cashier was very rude and disrespectful and the manager was worse. We had stopped after a long day of shopping my son wanted to look for Nike shirts. He had found some great stuff and went to check out. The lady that checked us out didnt even say hello or even acknowledge our existence. She finally got to the under armor tshirt and she says well just how much is this? I looked down at the tag and it was clearly printed on the tag with a dollar sign that stated $4.29 under that someone had wrote with a regular pen 10.00. So I said to the lady well clearly it states $4.29 she rolled her eyes at me and rudely called back to the manager. As we seen her come out the back she decides to stop and have a conversation with her friends. Leaving us and the cashier just standing around while she caught up with buddies. When she did make it to the register she also didnt acknowledge us. The cashier told her what was going on and she looked up and said very rude all under armor is ten dollars. She stormed to the back no apologies or anything. She was the rudiest most unprofessional manager I have ever dealt with. I own two of my own businesses and have worked customer service for almost twenty years and what happened at this establishment was unexceptionable! They clearly made a mistake on the tag but a mistake that was theres they should have chose to do the right thing but instead they chose the wrong route. I have never been in a store where they right in pen there own price when the other goodwills dont do that. Makes me think perhaps they have a scam going on there where they are keeping money off the top for there own pockets. I question if corporate goodwill is aware of this. Well we are about to find out because I will be taking this all the way to the top of the corporate chain. That manager needs to go! I have donated thousands to this establishment and to get treated so bad even my ten year old son was upset. I am appalled by this Goodwill in Uniontown. It wasnt about the money it was the principal. My future donations will go somewhere else. They lost a great customer. They will regret there decisions when I am finished.

This location has some nice used clothing and a lot of it, but prices are as high on many things as new items at Walmart. If you go on the right sale days, you can get items at 50% off. Used furniture selection is very limited and anytime I have been there, so beat up that it doesnt sell. The household decor and knick knack items seem to attract the most shoppers and there isnt room between the isles for two shopping carts, so its hard to browse when theres a crowd.

Uniontown doesnt have any outstanding thrift stores, but this one is usually the best combination of selection and price. Cashier often seems to be missing from register.
