Had an issue with this FedEx store but it was satisfactorily resolved by management. I accidentally left an item there while visiting over Thanksgiving and called to reclaim it (I live out of state). I coordinated to have my elderly mother pick it up and was assured after the 3rd phone call that there would be no problems for her to do so. My mother went in on Dec 17 around noon and was met with a rude "Whats your problem?" from a male associate. When she asked to pick up the item, the associate misdirected her to get a tracking number and to call the 1-800 for more assistance. I called the manager, Elizabeth, the next day. She remembered my situation and my mother coming in but explained that the staff did not realize my mom wanted something from lost and found and thought she had lost a shipment. In the end, Elizabeth offered to ship the item to my familys local address that day, in time for it to be included with a Christmas package my family was mailing me. As promised the lost item was delivered same day - problem solved and alls well thanks to the manager Elizabeth.

Avoid the Springfield, PA location for fax services! Although they do have 2 self service fax machines, one of them has a sign saying "out of service" since November 2015. Recently in March 2016 the card reader of the other fax machine broke and has not been fixed. You can still fax, but a self service option doesnt exist anymore. You have to wait in the long lines and have a store associate do your faxes from behind the counter. What used to be a 5 minute task now has you in the store for over a half an hour. AVOID FOR FAX SERVICES!

Just wanted to print one paper. Literally one. Been here a million times and I always hit email my stuff to them, print , and leave. The people told me that I needed to use the pay by the minute computer instead of just printing it. After spending 3 minutes unable to get into my email I got off and what do you know. They print it of for me and still charge me even though this could have been done within 1 minute of me walking in the door. Not happy. Wont return.
