Never in my life have a wrote a negative review, any type of review for that matter but I feel this is necessary - Went there yesterday afternoon (8/18) around 1:30pm to get my finger prints done. I work with children and have to do this every year so I knew the drill but the woman who was assisting me (dark hair) was treating me like I was a complete idiot. Aside from that she was rushing me as if she had a line out the door of people waiting when I was one of two people in there and the other person was already being assisted by another employee. I assume fingerprinting is the least favorite part of her job but like come on lady, I dont want to be taking time out of my day and paying $25 to do this either! Needless to say I wont be going back there next year to fulfill this duty.

I recently visited the UPS Store to ship some items back to my brother-in-law in Salt Lake City. He couldnt fit everything from the holidays in his suitcase when flying back. This was the first time I have shipped large items like this across the country. The staff was extremely helpful in assisting me with the most affordable, fast, and safe option. I get they had my best interest in mind, what more can you ask for as a customer. The staff was informative and quick. the manager, I believe his name was Spencer, even recommended the steak shop next door for lunch! thank UPS Store and hope to see you again soon!

I have been to a number of UPS and other like stores shipping items back and forthto friends, family and clients. To be 100% honest this UPS store on Wilmington Pike is the ONLY store that I go to now that I have found it. From customer service, to the delight and smiles to the intent of their employess to getting it right and on time the first time I wont be going anwhere else. Note: I have been in this store dozens of times in the last 6 months and not one single bump in the road. I highly suggest this store and kudos to the team running this well oiled machine.

I dont leave reviews of any kind very often but when I do, they are sincere. Quick and painless. That should be the motto of this store. No one likes shipping anything. Period. The staff was friendly, helpful and I was out of the door in under 10 minutes. Thank you to the staff for making my experience a positive one. I would recommend this store to anyone with shipping needs.

Called at 10am to ask about notary. Was told he would be back in an hour. Was at the store at 1130. Was told he would be back at 3. Called at 2:20, was told hes there, but walking out the door and wont be back for the rest of the day. What a friggen joke.
