I walked into this place wearing my military jacket and my dog was CLEARLY WEARING A SERVICE DOG VEST WITH HIS FEDERAL PHOTO ID DISPLAYED IN HIS PHOTO BADGE HOLDER OF HIS VEST. This woman told me "doggies are not allowed in here" and I said I dont see a "doggie" but a SERVICE ANIMAL CLEARLY WEARING HIS VEST. She continued to contend I was wrong. Somehow Im supposed to believe that this woman, who lives 2 miles from Dover AFB AND AFTER 15 years in a global war on terror was somehow ignorant of FEDERAL LAW WITH A SERVICE DOG WEARING HIS VEST THAT SAYS "US REGISTERED SERVICE DOG, FULL ACCESS GRANTED BY FEDERAL LAW". FOLKS, I COULDNT MAKE THIS UP... she KNEW!!!... I suspect she was a racist and treated me this way because Im a white male. There were other overt and not so overt quips she made toward me and my assertion. She clearly was an ANGRY BLACK WOMAN. So, if youre a white male, disabled veteran or support our military I would CLEARLY STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE! I tried to post a photo of my dog in his vest so you can CLEARLY SEE she had no excuse. This wasnt random, it wasnt ignorance of federal law. If you cant observe federal laws then some people are more than happy to litigate. I deal with this on airplanes, in public, etc. Im used to dealing with ignorant, rude and discriminatory people. If I owned this business Id lawyer up if you plan on keeping her because someone will come along and sue you in a court of law. The potential damages are quite significant and would probably kill this little business. This behavior by their staff is disgraceful.

I took some items into this location for shipping. I had my items repacked and I paid. A few days later I received notice that when my client received her package it was not what should have been in the box. Come to find out the clerk had mixed up the shipping labels and sent my packages to the wrong people. After calling and having to send prof via email the clerk agreed to refund my shipping charges but not the cost of the packing supplies. I go into the location to pick up my refund and its given back to me in check form! I didnt pay for the shipping services in check form, so why refund me via a check when it was her error! I go to the bank that the businesss check is drawn off of (WSFS) they wanted to charge me a $7 check cashing fee due to me being a non customer!!! Totally absurd!! $7 fee on an $11 refund check! Ill no longer use this location in the future and WSFS should be ashamed of itself!!

I have been a Customer at this store for almost 8 years. I have always received excellent service and the utmost respect. The same two young ladies have been here for the entire 8 years and have always gone over and above to be of service. I cant even count the times that they saved me money by suggesting a better way to ship something. As long as I work in this area I will utilize the store to ship all of my packages.

Dropped off a package that needed a small strip of tape to secure it. Clerked charged me $1.00 to do it,what a ripoff! Asked for the Regional VP, would not give me the name, very rude. Will never go there again, will spread the word that this place is not consumer friendly.
