We have owned our timeshare at Shawnee for eight years now. The General Store is always our first stop. Personally, Ive never had a better Tuna Melt, ever. My kids love to buy the local branded stuff, of course we stock up for our unit. They supply pretty much everything you could need for your time there. Seriously though, the food is amazing and dont just walk by. Go eat. You wont regret it!

Stopped and had breakfast here. The servings are generous for what you pay for them. This is a rustic looking place with lots of things to purchase and pretty laid back. I felt it was a bit dirty looking, and a little cramped. All the workers I spoke with were kind and helpful. Id come back here to eat again.

The Shawnee General store is a pleasant trip back in time, when the local country store was a place to gather, eat and socialize. Bill and Theresa keep it bustling and friendly, as well as providing a much needed service.

I head here for lunch regularly. My very favorite sandwich is the turkey pesto panini, but Ive never had anything I didnt like. Reasonable prices and a pleasant staff.
