I waited there for an hour and a half just to get no service while everyone else that stepped through the door was helped almost immediately. I was told several times "sorry for the wait. one of us will be right with you" by the staff. No one was ever right with me. The only reason this place gets more than one star is because everyone but me that walked through the door seemed to get serviced pretty readily.

It was ok but they didnt know all the answer to our questions. I doubt we will ever use their service as they are a subcontractor for Verizon & AT&T.
