I just placed an order with them and within 30 minutes they called to tell me they were out of the item but were going to ship me a longer cable at no extra charge. Not recognizing the number, I ignored the call only to get an email from them explaining the situation and asking if the replacement was acceptable. Reprehensible service. Bought a USB to HDMI converter. Never worked. Twice they said their specialist is not available and would call back. Never happened. Three times I asked to talk directly to the manufacturer and each time I was told they manufactured the unit - and the person who knows about it is never there. Today, call #8?, I found someone who told me they dont make it, they source it and would give me the email of the company.
