My experience started out great and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly until I started to ask very specific questions about my account. I remained in the store until I got the confirmation email that had details pertaining to my plan. I quickly glanced over the email and looked at the account summary attached. I was charged way more than what I expected. I specifically asked for a certain plan and I double checked with the gentleman helping me and he assured me that he signed me up for that plan. After I told him to completely cancel it he told me about some discount that he could get me that turned out to be completely bogus. Just to be safe I called Sprint Customer Service. to verify the changes to my account. After talking with Sprint I was informed that this gentleman also started my 2 year contract over and dated it for last month. That is definitely not okay. If I didnt call Sprint Customer Service I would have never known. The woman from Sprint Customer Service apologized repeatedly. She also had to call the store for me to get things straightened out. I wasted my time going to this store. They will be very nice to you and try to sell you things that you dont need. As soon as you begin asking the right questions about your account their friendly demeanor disappears. Maybe the other employees are better but I was not impressed with the gentleman I spoke with and I do not plan on going back.

Fantastic Service! This store has a plenthora of knowledgable sales associates and technicans. I came in today with a broken HTC Evo. I had completly shattered my screen. After the techs informed me that I was due for my upgrade I was helped by Javier and Scott. They got me a new Galaxy S3 and showed me how to use it.One of the technicans, Gena was even able to transfer all of my contacts and pictures. I was on my way to the store in Whitehall when I saw this new store while stuck in traffic. Thank God! I saved so much time by coming here today! From now on this will be my "go to store. Thanks guys!

Dont even bother. Walked in at 5PM on a Saturday to purchase a case for my phone, there were 3 other customers and a few associates. Stood there for 30 minutes (I am not exaggerating) without an associate so much as saying hello or telling me they would be right with me. I ended up having to leave without making my purchase. This was the worst experience I ever had at a wireless carriers corporate location. If it takes more than 30 minutes to process and order or assist a customer I think Sprint has some major issues.

I was doing some Christmas shopping over in the Airport Center and happened to notice there was a Sprint Store. My phone was having some issues, so I figured I would drop in. This is a brand new store! Its beautiful! The service center was a delight to deal with. They had my phone working within an hour. Im so glad theres another corporate store in the area.
