Horrible service to say the absolute best for this place, I felt that I was being disrespected and talked down on when I came in to ask a simple question. I live down the road from the store and I will now drive 25 minutes to the other closest store just so I dont have to deal with such horrible service from the mount pocono AT&T.

I ordered a phone online for pick up in this store. The transaction was super simple with no delays. I cant speak for every associate at the store but Quincy was down to earth, honest, and easy to talk to he made my visit to the store a pleasant one. Give this kid a raise!

They have the automated system that doesnt send me where I need to be, it should just let me speak to someone who can fix my problem, Im constantly on hold or being transferred left and right. Its just irritating.
