My iced coffee was bitter with a weird after taste, and I had a really rude guy make it for me. I forgot to ask for cream and sweetener in my iced coffee, so I nicely asked him to add some and said I was sorry I forgot to ask when I ordered. I watched the guy put only milk into the black iced coffee. I said is there sweetener in it? He said yes I put some in... I walked out and drank some and it had zero sweetener.. I went back in and said could I have some sweetener please still nicely with no attitude. He said oh you want more? I said there is none in there. He said well I DID put some in!! I felt really embarrassed and awkwardly said oh, well could I please have some more? And he finally did it. He seemed really annoyed just working in general and was rude to me from the very first interaction. I honestly tried my best to ask so nicely, and he treated me like I was being so rude. Im used to most starbucks employees being so nice.

This place gives Starbucks a bad name. I keep meaning to write their DM and corporate because the service isnt anywhere up to par with the other 20 or so locations Ive visited in my area. Order ahead? Why bother. My wife has even been told NOT TO because they are too busy to make online orders... while the staff makes drinks for themselves or even just walk off the floor because its busy and they dont wanna deal. Ive worked in the service industry but repeated bad visits give none of that doubt that it was just walking in at a bad time. Go to the Plymouth Meeting location by the mall. The extra 7 minute drive is worth it since youll probably just be ignored by the staff at this location for upwards of 10 anyway.

Ive been a Starbucks addict for years and have been to this location frequently in the past couple months as its close to my new job. Im sad to say that the last two drinks I got from here have been the worst coffee I ever had. One was a holiday drink and the espresso tasted burnt. The barista also put too much sugar in it. The second time I got a vanilla latte and had to throw it out because the espresso also tasted burnt, which was even worse with the vanilla in it. Ive been drinking these particular coffees for 7+ years from Starbucks and I also make them at home so I know when its not right. Maybe its time for a new machine or something.

This was by far the worst Starbucks weve ever visited! The lady making the drink took forever and was making other peoples drinks that ordered after us before ours, and acted like an absolute snob! When we got on the road, My husbands frappe was not the one he ordered and had the consistency of milk. I tasted it - it was just gross!! He also ordered a BBQ Brisket sandwich and there was BBQ sauce on the outside of the sandwich and all over the inside of the bag. What a pitiful excuse of a Starbucks representative! Just go to one of the others in the area!

One of the best locations in Montgomery County. The staff is incredible. They are fun and fast and kind and get to know their customers and treat everyone so nicely its very refreshing ! Parking is great and they have 4 diffrrent news papers. Bathrooms are always clean and they always seem to have good food selections throughout the day. I have noticed some of the busier stores like this one look a little bare in the afternoons.

I ordered though the online app. I was waiting for 15 minutes and then finally one of the Starbucks workers said is there something wrong. I said that I ordered online and she said oh Im sorry about that I forgot to check the computer. Finally after about 25 minutes I got my drink. I am very displeased with how she handled it and I dont plan on going there again because of this terrible experience.

The weekday barista cant handle more than one person at a time and moves slower than molasses. A line of 3 or more...forget it. Just settle in while she has a long conversation with a customer (while 2 other baristas stand around waiting for coffee to run out so that they can do something). Terrible...but only place on way to work to get good coffee.

Good Starbucks! Customer service is usually good, more often than not. Been there a couple of times and had my drink made wrong, but they fixed it for free. The drink was just a cappuccino with foam and no liquid, or extra dry. 50% of the stores I go to (Starbucks) pour the milk in with the foam. But, I do like their coffee.

I dont usually go to Starbucks. I think its too expensive. But when a friend offered to go to this one I did not say no. Even though I still think its overpriced, I must say it was the best coffee experience that Ive got in a while. Service was fast and cordial and the cappuccino was awesome.

Slow service, rude, curt barista they almost always get my drink wrong. If I want to make a substitution I have to explain it to them even though they work there and should be able to figure it out themselves. Cashier guy was picking his nose when I got in and didnt wash his hands.

there used to be way better staff there. Im a little annoyed sometimes when I have to wait in a line for 15 minutes for a cup of coffee. some of the people there just look miserable. I understand you work in a coffee shop, but at least wash your hair before starting work.

Twice the lady taking my order interrupted me to laugh and talk with two of her coworkers. She almost completely ignored me. Although the customer service was very poor, the drinks actually tasted pretty good - thats why Im giving a rating of 2 stars.

Its very wonderful!!! Nice people and love the environment. Staff is very nice and they always greet you when you come in the door.you never have to wait long and the food is great! I come there 3xs a week to get my breakfast.

Great Starbucks service and coffee. However, its in a really dumb location, very difficult to get into. Super friendly and knowledgeable baristas, youll want to sit and stay a while if you can.

Good place and the staff is always nice, totally worth stopping in but it is a very high traffic volume and the store is not easily accessed from the northbound lane of Germantown pike.

Good place to grab a bite or drink from the friendly staff... Parking can be a bit sketchy and it is a bit tight inside.
