Gryphon is my go-to coffee spot in fishtown/kensington. The atmosphere is great inside with high ceilings, polished concrete floors, natural wood tables, good tunes, and the service is genuine/friendly. The food is on point and the coffee goes down smooth. Highly recommend the chicken salad sandwich & early gray hot chocolate. Vin, the barista, has waited on me several times and always has the best vibe. Will be sure to keep coming back!

Honestly I am pleasantly surprised. I walked far for it. And honestly was expecting the same old attempts at the same old food. And they did just that but well. Local food is simple. This is simple with flair. I loved the loco moco so much Im not sure Ill try something else .
