It was first thing when they opened in the morning but I got there at 9 a.m. and I walked in the door and was greeted but nobody seemed to have much knowledge of anything going on in there especially the girl behind the counter when I asked for saddle so she handed me leather dye then when I asked for saddle soap again she handed me shoe polish and then when I point it out to where it was she had no idea where to look at underneath the shelves the place was empty and doesnt have as much selection as they didnt Caste Village Im sorry but this place has fallen off and I wont be shopping here again.

I bought a pair of $94 work boots that were supposed to be waterproof. My feet got wet. It was supposed to have a scuba liner. I brought it back to a do called customer service department and told me it would take 4 to 6 weeks to have boots tested to see if they were leaking. Now I have no boots to wear for 4 to 6 weeks. Personally I think it is a scam. I bet that the boots are going to come back as not leaking. They should post their return policy at the register or remind customer about it. If I would have known. I would have never bought a pair of boots from them.

Bought 2 pairs of boots there because the boot description in my report to work email for my new job wasnt clear to me. After clearing the Carolinas at orientation I tried taking the thorgoods back and Al Bundy told me he couldnt re sell a brand new pair of boots so I wasnt able to be refunded. But to give a fair review this store has anything you need plus some. The location on 51 in Baldwin

Bought $160 pair of work boots. Didnt last a year. Took them back to see what they can do and they did nothing. Warranty guy downstairs told me they only last a year. Wearing my old tractor supply $80 boots that I have had for 3 +years. Only bought new ones because my tread is worn. Will not go there again. Mike

Ive bought work boots from Franks when they were still in Caste village and now clothes in their new digs. Had to exchange a carhart zip up for my dad today and the girls were mega helpful, and an all around pleasant experience as usual. BUY HERE or have cold feet and no style !

Only ever purchased work boots and boot care products. They have much more from Western to work wear, to FR clothing. Great service! Very knowledgeable and helpful employees! They even do repairs on boots in house. Will never go elsewhere!

Like the store. My husband and i have been buying shoes and boots there since they were in caste village. However, would love to try clothes on but not in that heat. Store is always so hot. Im sure others would feel as i do.

Decent place to buy boots, good selection. Just pray you dont have a problem because the manager has zero customer service skills and will try to weasel out of repairs
