Of the shoes on display, nothing was available. Why display something you dont have? I asked for one shoe and they brought out something else that wasnt even close in style. The staff is arrogant and snotty. Their comment to me about the shoes I were wearing were, "You bought those on price point." Really, did you really say that? I know they are $80 shoes and not the $150 you charge but that is awful pretentious to say to a potential customer. Then he took my old shoes, took out the inner liner and my arch supports and left them laying on the floor. Also their was not an apology for having nothing available and he just turned around and walked away. Ridiculous attitude, ridiculous prices and overall poor customer service.

I have purchased several pairs of shoes thus far. At first, I didnt want to pay such prices for one pair of shoes. However I have othropedic and knee issues and realized what would cost me more. Great feet and knees or medical bills and PT care for the long haul. Plus wearing not so good shoes that would be doing more harm than good. I chose to spend the money for better shoes; for comfort, less pain, and discomfort on my knees and ankle. I can now wear heels and shoes that feel good. I had been wearing tennis shoes only and now I can wear nice shoes made for people with ortho issues. As far as customer service, I have never been treated with less than the best customer service and attention.

I love this place ! The staff are very knowledgeable, helpful & easy going. I feel welcome to try on as many pairs of shoes that I need to until I find the one(s) that are right for me. I am not shocked by the prices as the shoes are especially made to provide the correct support or choices for ones various foot issues. And walking all day pain free is priceless to me. Even my mom, who lives in remote valleys of Virginia, asks to come to this store so she too can shop for shoes that provide her all day comfort as well. Better to have a few great pair than many cheap inferior shoes. A Very Happy Repeat Customer !
