A Private User

I use to go to the Glorist next to them called Royal Gardens. They took the time to make every arrangement special no matter how small. Today I went to ask for a bouquet for a recital and they wrapped it in green tissue paper, terrible bow and I had to come home and try to make it look nicer. Will not be going to the neighborhood florist again. Maybe they should hire a female who has a feminie touch instead of men who are so staunch with no smiles and no suggestions!!

So we had an issue with a trustee who did us wrong and we called to make the wrong that was a result of it right. Paula (apparently the owner) cursed my entire staff out and then threatened to have us arrested AFTER we made the payment. We went back to the shop today and she persisted to curse us out in front of a child and other customers.
