BUYER BEWARE!!!! SHADY BUSINESS!!!! Walked in last Saturday. I bought a nail for my rig. Something about it wasnt right, it was letting in a bit of air so I wanted to return it. Called them an hour after i bought it. Asked if I could return. One of the sales people who help me with my purchase told me over the phone if it was unused i could return it. Came in the following Saturday with my receipt and unused piece but was denied the return or store credit. I was told that they dont do returns?!?!? Clearly a shady business that will just tell you or sell you whatever they can to make a quick dollar taking advantage of the customer at every turn or they just dont know what there doing. Not sure which is worst. Never again will I shop there. At least when I shop online when im told i can return something its actually true. Thanks.

In the beginning I bought a really nice pipe here but then when I bought butane lighter fluid for my butane lighter I broke the stem off of it they would not take it back and said that there is an absolute no return policy I dont understand why they dont have a return policy for things like butane lighters and things like that that dont work I like the staff here but because of this real return policy and it wasnt stated in the beginning of the transaction. probably not be coming back

Bought a kanger tech vape. Didnt know what I was doing. staff was nice that they put it all together and made sure I knew what I was doing before I left. Very satisfied with my experience there.
