I purchased a BlowEZPen electronic cigarette from the Millbourne Store. I followed the instructions to use that was given by the store and that which came within the package. The thing only worked for two days. I returned to the store was told that they have a no refund or exchange policy and was told to return it to the manufacturer. He actually said "I cant take it out of my pockets." I just left the store because I knew I was dealing with crooks and just been "had". I went to the website printed on the package and the website doesnt exist the screen displays "forbidden". The company doesnt exist. Now I know Ive been "had". This store is selling inferior products and make the customer fend for themselves against non-existing companies when they have problems the products it sells. It should be against the law for this store to knowingly to sell this product, or any other inferior product, with a "no refund an exchange policy." I feel any merchant should stand behind the quality and safety of products they sell. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and with the county court. The is unjust enrichment. Buyer beware of the "unposted" policies and the quality of products of the Millbourne store.
