If you want a smooth pharmacy experience, in which all of your prescriptions are ready in a reasonable amount of time with little hassle, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I unfortunately have no choice but to use this pharmacy because of my prescription plan. I have been coming here for two years and pick up monthly prescriptions and have NEVER ONCE had them be right. They constantly say they didnt receive the prescription from my doctor, I call my doctor, they say they did send it and WHAT DO YOU KNOW it magically appears when I come back to ask about it. "It was on a different screen" is the usually excuse I get. Im so sick and tired of this place and this rant has been a long time coming. Now to be fair, Ive been a loyal CVS a customer for years but this location needs some serious overhauling. The angry despair ive heard some of the other customers lament proves its not just me who feels this way. Please save yourself the headache and do not come here for your prescriptions.

For the past several weeks I have been receiving automated calls from this CVS that a prescription for "Ruth" is ready for pickup. The only problem is that I am not "Ruth" and I have never been to New Holland in my life! Ive called them multiple times to tell them the have the wrong number on file and they just tell me they arent going to do anything about it and its in my hands to try and figure it out! Quite frankly, Im sick of these calls, not to mention the fact that some poor woman is without her medication and the Pharmacy staff could not care less!

This is literally the worst pharmacy ever. Totally incompetent. I waited in the drive thru line for a drop off. Man said it would be ten minutes. Fifteen minutes later I ask about it and a woman said it would be twenty minutes. I said its already been ten. Twenty minutes later still nothing. I went home. I would give them less than a star and do a store survey if I could. Total jerks. I am so upset I signed a medication agreement for this pharmacy, I dont ever want to visit this CVS again

Horrible. I requested my prescription be ready at 3:00 and it was not ready until two days later. Went to pick it up and, and waited in the pickup line for 15 minutes, only to be told it wasnt ready. Couldnt wait around so had to make another trip to pick it up. So frustrating! Why do they tell you it will be ready at a certain time if its not going to be! Not even an apology. It also appears that the pharmacy doesnt have enough staff.

It doesnt matter whether youre dealing with the pharmacy or taking a few things up to the regular register--plan to be there a very long time! If youre going to use the drive-thru, be sure to gas up your car too. I have been there at all hours of the day/night and there are never enough employees to handle the volume. After 6 months of frustration, Ive decided to take my prescriptions and business elsewhere.

this store continues to give me and my family a hard time or create unnecessary inconveniences ive spoke to cvs corporate about it they offered no help this is mainly focused on the pharmacy but they ever only have like 3 people working in the whole store it seems including the pharmacy and i hate the readyfills i never signed up for stop trying to sell me medication i dont want!

The pharmacy is understaffed, and the employees who are there are rude. I waited over a week for my prescription to be filled. I continued to run into issues over why they couldnt fill it. One pharmacy tech actually said they didnt want my insurance info because "we will probably lose it by the time your prescription is ready."

Good Location, clean, well maintained store. They have most everything you would need health care wise. They also have a small food and gift section carrying cards and gift ideas. My one gripe is the hours are weird, they dont open till 8am so check the hours before you head out.

I use this pharmacy as my main prescription drop off/pickup and never have a problem with them. Wish it could be 24 hours because you never know what could happen over night but everyone cant be pleased, right? Lol.. Clean and everyones nice.

Worst pharmacist ever! Not following protocol and very rude to patient. She refused to give supporting details as why she would not fill a prescription. Will never send patient there again. contacting supervisor.

Dont know how to answer a phone, caked the store rang for ten minutes no answer call pharmacy rang for ten minutes no awnser, guess they dont care about there customers
