Terrible service at the pharmacy. Came here from Monroeville East emergency room with a prescription for pain medication and was told it would be an hour wait. The teller had a bad attitude and didnt let us know about the wait time until 20 minutes after dropping off the prescription. There wasnt a line for the pharmacy and there were many people behind the counter. I was in pain in the car with three children under 4 while my wife has to deal with this. Terrible experience. Went down the road to the other Rite Aid on 22. It took 15 minutes and their teller said they were "swamped with prescriptions".

Terrible service at the pharmacy. The male pharmacist was disgustingly rude and disrespectful to. And when he saw my medication he scowled and said " we dont have things like THIS in stock much", refering to a prescription to treat opiod addiction. I felt so embarassed and belittled. Friends have said theyve been rude to them too when they went to get their prescription filled. The CVS down the street have always been nothing but professional and respectful. I suggest anyone who needs a prescription filled go there.

Great for quick shpopping use my family used to use the pharmacy but we moved to giant egeal probably right when excarted changed to the current name rite aid but the pharmacy was good here but now I just come to rite aid for quick shopping only
