The medical clinic is okay. The dental clinic is another story. They try to take payments up front from people who can "afford" it like me then you get there and b/c somebody is holding up the line chatting their head off about their increase in their copay, you cant get signed in. Then when I did get signed in at 10:51, they lied and said I had to be there thirty min early, which was a LIE, nobody told me that when they swiftly took my payment a few days earlier. Another lady signed in at 10:50 with here appointment at 11 as well, so I was told Rudely by Kathleen, the "administrative" cookie monster in her purple jumpsuit that I could not be seen. I decided I had enough of this unprofessional-ism and just opted to have my money back. The secretaries had record of it, as I do too, and just agreed that could be done. She kept trying to make me stay and "changed" her mind all of a sudden that I could be seen. So I said NO, mind made up, you treat me like DIRT when I walk in like I am a non human patient, I am not giving them a penny squeezed out of anywhere. I told her I wanted my refund, she rudely told me "that is not going to happen." My mother got involved, and we are in the process of getting our money back. Kathleen is also on the voicemail for the dental clinic and she is very rude on the voicemail as well. I would avoid this woman at all cost, she tries to argue. I know I am not the only one, everytime I have stopped in here, they got some issues with appointments, etc.

They have few good doctors. They judge you. They are always trying to do anything they can to swindle you out of money. Watch carefully about medications because they will throw you on anything and everything and then just take you off of it like nothing will happen to you. Or refuse you medication you need. ( like seizure medications or a controlled substance that can cause heart attacks in high doses that you need to be weaned off of) if you ask for appointments and they do not like you they will not give them to you, they will try to make you sterile when you desperately are doing everything to have children and you ask them for help. And then they threaten not to give you appointments if you miss 1 that you call and let them know you are running late for but they tag you missing 3 appointments. This place is awful.

I understand that technical difficulties can leave an office in a bind. We called to make an appointment for my son, and the office computers were down. I decided to wait a bit and call about an hour later to see if they had regained functionality, but instead, theyd stopped answering the phone at all. After my son was seen at an urgent care/E.R. that day, he was supposed to follow up 2 days later with his pediatrician. I had all of the E.R. notes sent over to New Horizons for the pediatrician to review before the followup appointment, but the pediatric clinic called me and said, despite the advisement of the E.R., that we should not follow up. In this particular case, he needed repeat lab tests, so we had to take him elsewhere. I am moving to a new provider for our needs.

I have been going to New Horizons for over a year now. My dr. is Mrs.Forry. She has always been nice to me and really tried to help me with my health. Now I did have to wait on my phychiatrist app. for over 4 months because they only had 1 and was short staffed. Then the temporary one I finally got made me mad he wasnt good at all. He left and I got Jessica Gillipsie. She so far has really tried to help me. She sees me every month. She only changes doses maybe 2 medicines at a time. Yes you do get put on hold a lot.sometimes you do have to wait when you call. But so far my doctors have tried to take care of me. they are cheaper so I can almost afford to go to my appiontments.

You are no help to people with cronic help problems, you think everyone is drug seeking an profile that person in such a manner, I had appt. there on the 29 of August had waited for over a month to get help with management of miagraine headache all the PA did was tell me what I already knew an did nothing at all to help me no referrals no medicine or anything you are not a health care provider that I would send any one too with major problems as mine...Then had the nerve to send me a bill for $5.00 for a co-pay that I paid at the time of this sloppy visit if I didnt pay the co-pay I never would have seen the no good PA. check your records...I bet this letter wont get posted...

My nephew, who is mentally challenged, requested his records be sent to me (with my help) after his dad passed away, so that we could get him on disability. Its been 6 weeks and no records and now we have to go into the disability meeting with no medical records. I havent been in his life long enough to know any of his "true" diagnosis and this has made it very difficult. I have called two times already, no call back as of yet. So from the administrative point of view, NOT GOOD! And I have no clue how the doctors and nurses are there.

Well I started going to this clinic back in 2013, because I needed a health care physician. They were very nice and decent at the time. That was when they had just came about at this address. Every time I would call Id get someone to book my appointment fast sometimes same day. Im on the phone with them right now trying to make a physical appointment for just simple check ups, and have been on hold for 30 mins then hung up on. Just called them back and they put me on hold again. Im finding a better health care physician.

Husband desperately needs mental health care. He was told by New Horizons that he needed first to see a primary doctor, to get a referral. After spending $30 that was required to see the primary ($30 was a hardship for us) and waiting almost 2 months for the referral, and after many phones calls, he was eventually told that they only have one mental health care provider and she is not accepting new patients. Why didnt they just tell him that from the beginning, instead of stringing him along??

I have fibromyalgia, arthritis, and list goes on.. due to illness I lost job/insurance. I had appt with Dr nazli whom was very rude, inconsiderate asked me why I came there, why I was on so many medications and that I probably needed behavioral health. She listened to nothing I tried to explain. I would not recommend her to anyone with chronic illness. I thought doctors were suppose to listen and help! Not be judgemental jerks and tell you to learn to deal with your illness!

If you need a basic physical or need blood pressure pills or antibiotics for an obvious abscess or infection then yes, go to New Horizons for this but if you need dental work or mental health help absolutely NOT! NOT! NOT! Im speaking from experience with allvif these. They will twenty dollar you to death & never get to the source of your problem but keep charging you just the same. Its taking advantage of people with financial difficulties. Thats what they specialize in.
