My compliments toYour manager Jessica, this young lady is an excellant manager, she has an excellant knowledge of the automotive field. I had a miss in a vehicle and could not find the problem .I discribed the miss and she said change the ignition coil without hesitation, I changed the coil and the problem was solved, she reset the engine light and the car was running like new, my compliments to auto zone for hiring professional people like Jessica . They were out of stock of most of the things i need. They only had four wheel studs in stock and only had one pack of the lug nuts i need. They were helpful and willing to try to get it the next day. Went back two days later and they were still out of the things i needed.
